I have always enjoyed the process of making homemade spaghetti sauce. Except this time. I tried a new recipe and a new way of doing things.
I was able to get all these BEAUTIFUL seconds from our local Amish market, plus so much more. I found a recipe for Basil and garlic spaghetti sauce so I decided to try it.
And THIS is what I got!!! I normally use a hand blender but this time I decided, what the heck, break outta your shell, try something new!! Yea right!!! Looks like I slaughtered something in my kitchen!!
After an hour of cleaning up and doing the rest MY way…
I finally got it all canned up and processed!!! What a day!!!
